Julie started working for property managers over twenty years ago in Orlando, Florida. After moving back to Oregon, she began working with both property managers and homeowners in the vacation rental business in and around Newport. After starting Oregon Tides Cleaning Service, Julie then expanded the business to include Full-Service Property Management.

Julie — Julie is a licensed Property Manager, Small Business Owner, and former Tax Examiner with the Internal Revenue Service.
Donna — Donna serves as our bookkeeper/accountant. She retired from the Osceola County Sheriff’s Office (Florida) in 2005 after having had a varied career throughout her life. Prior to working at the Sheriff’s Office, she worked for the Criminal Investigation Division of the IRS, and she had been both a legal secretary in N.J. and thereafter, a Budget Analyst for the Dept. of Defense in N.J.
Meghan — Meghan has been working for property managers and homeowners in the Newport area since 2010, helping to clean and manage vacation home rentals.
Karly — Karly has been working for Oregon Tides Cleaning Service, cleaning vacation homes since 2016. At the same time, she has been learning the property management business from the ground up.
Selena — Selena has been working for Oregon Tides Cleaning Service, cleaning vacation homes, since 2016. At the same time, she has been learning customer service and guest relations.
